“No More Excuses”
That’s the motto of the Weight Loss Twins,
Bill and Jim Germanakos. If you’re here, then you probably already know
their Cinderella
story. But just in case you don’t know their story, let me explain.
I’ll keep it short, but essentially, Bill and
Jim Germanakos, two guys from Long Island, New York, were contestants
on the
NBC reality TV show The Biggest Loser.
Contestants on the show are overweight individuals who compete with
each other
to lose the biggest percentage of their initial body weight. Jim was
eliminated
in week 5, but Bill survived 14 rounds of elimination and was voted the
Biggest
Loser in the finale.
Jim didn’t give up. As his brother Bill
competed hard on the show, Jim trained hard at home. As a result, he
lost 186
lbs. to become the winner of the at-home contestants, bringing his
weight down
to 175 lbs. Bill weighed 334 lbs. at the beginning of the show and got
that
down to 170 lbs.
Bill
and Jim are truly inspirations to us all.
And yet, even knowing that Bill and Jim were behind it, I was still
sceptical
about the Truth About Diets weight loss system. I mean, if all the
weight loss
programs you see out there work, why is obesity still the leading
preventable cause of death? Why is the majority of the
American adult population
still overweight?
“The Truth About Diets”
On
page 75 of the Rapid Action Metabolism guide, Bill says something which
really
struck me. He says how people who are not allowed to eat certain foods
complain
about not being able to eat those foods, but how they should instead be
excited
about all the foods that they can eat.
I
have never been overweight by any means, but I’ve never been that fit.
I loved
eating pizza, chips, wings, and chocolate chip cookies. I kid you not,
I was
eating chocolate chip cookies while reading the Rapid Action Metabolism
guide.
Imagine how silly I feel now!
What
Bill says on page 75 as well as on page 27 where he explains why being
on a
diet is a bad thing really made me understand one of the key components
to
losing weight: mindset.
After
going through all the material, I realized that just making a decision
to lose
weight or get fit, promising yourself that you’ll do it, and knowing
that you
can do it, are amongst the most important things that you can do for
yourself
in terms of staying healthy.
Are
you the type of person who buys a gym membership and goes once a month?
Are
you the type of person who drives a couple blocks to get somewhere
instead of
walking?
Are
you like the Old Bill and Jim Germanakos who watched
The Biggest Loser while
chowing down on
snacks?
I
honestly think your life will be
changed forever after reading...
“The Rapid Action Metabolism
Fat Loss System”

What I didn’t like
The
Rapid Action
Metabolism guide is over 150 pages long. Many parts were extremely
informative
and motivational, but other parts seemed unnecessary.
Parts
of the book go on
about genes, chemical imbalances, and potential health consequences
that may or
may not be relevant to all readers. Some readers may skip some sections
because
they may not need to read them.
It
takes a while to get
to the part where you actually learn how to lose weight and to keep it
off.
What
I liked
Really
personal stories
from Bill and Jim let you get to know them and learn where they got
their motivation
from. After reading the entire thing, you’ll be moved to do the same
for
yourself so you never have to endure pain, hardships, and stress or
lose out on
opportunities due to your weight and health ever again.
Bill
and Jim constantly
remind you to change your way of thinking about diets and exercise.
They stress
that part of losing weight requires you to surround yourself with
positive
forces and professionals, including a psychologist, in order to get
yourself
thinking the right way.
It
is totally
comprehensive: it covers everything from forming the right mindset to
eating
right, and everything in between. This guide is the meat of the entire
Truth
About Diets program: the knowledge and motivational messages contained
in this
guide alone will allow you to shed the pounds and more importantly,
keep them
off.
“Bill and Jim’s Private Workout
Videos”

What I didn’t like
I
was expecting longer
videos, but each video is only a few minutes long and do not go into
too much
details.
What I liked
I
loved being able to
watch Bill and Jim go through their exercise routines as Bill explained
everything
they were doing.
There’s
nothing
complicated about what they do. Some of their exercises require basic
fitness
equipment while many other of their exercises can be done on a mat at
home.
In
addition to the Rapid Action Metabolism Weight Loss Guide plus Bill and
Jim’s private
workout videos, you’ll get the following course supplements to help you
stay
focused, eat right, and achieve your goals.
“The RAM Instant Online Diet Generator”

I
chose the
non-vegetarian option and got hit with many meal ideas for all five
meal
periods that Bill and Jim recommend having. All the meal ideas come
with
pictures, recipes, and nutritional information.
“The RAM Program Diet and Activity Journal”
A
convenient diary to
keep track of your food and beverage intake as well as to make a log of
all
your weekly workouts and exercises.
“Bill and Jim’s Easy 4-Week Diet and Exercise
Quick-Start Blueprint”

Provides
you with an easy
to digest (pardon the pun) blueprint which tells you exactly what
exercises to
do and what foods to eat over a 4-week period to get you well on your
way to a
new life.
“So What Am I Getting?”
Bill and Jim’s
entire weight loss system is outlined in
the RAM weight loss guide. You’re getting that full system in addition
to their
private workout videos which give you a special behind-the-scenes look
at what
they do in the gym.
You’re getting
a quick start blueprint to make it easy
for you to get started with this weight loss system right away. Plus,
you’re
getting a printable journal to make it easy for you to document your
journey
every step of the way.
But that’s not
all….

Think
about how much a consultation would be from a professional and look at
what you’re

In
my opinion, just this component
of the Truth About Diets alone is worth far more than the price of the
entire
system.

Since
Bill and Jim won a weight loss competition in order to gain their
celebrity
status and all that media attention, they thought it only fitting that
the
Truth About Diets should revolve around the same premise of a
competition.
If
you think that once you purchase the Truth About Diets that you’ll be
on your
own, you’re wrong.
Bill,
Jim, and their entire team will be there to support you all the way.
In
fact, they want you to succeed so much that they have created a
competition to

real goal when enrolling in the Truth About Diets program should be to
lose
weight and to start living the healthy and happy lifestyle that you’ve
